You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

In original packaging
With all seals intact
Defective or damaged items are eligible for return even if opened.

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling will be assessed to all open/Unused products that are returned, unless the return is due to company error.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process.
