📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM CST are often processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

If we experience unusually high order volume, processing may take an additional day. You will be notified if any significant delays occur.

We partner with trusted, major U.S. carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order depends on package size, weight, and destination.


📬 Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery (3-7 working days from dispatch) – is FREE for all US orders above $75.00.

    Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days) 
    2-3 business days.
    Excluding weekends.
    Starting at $14.95 depending on weight of shipment ordered.

    2-3 Business Day shipping (2 business day)

    Excluding weekends. 
    Starting at $38.99 depending on weight of shipment ordered.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


🔍 Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking information.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@thefragrancemart.com.


🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


📦 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75

Shipping fees are non‑refundable once the order has shipped.


❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses.

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates

  2. Contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution

  3. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at info@thefragrancemart.com and we will assist you

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide next steps.


📦 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package

Please double‑check your address at checkout.


🛑 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Email them to info@thefragrancemart.com within 48 hours

  • We will resolve the issue promptly
