I wanted to like my experience with Fragrance Mart, but I’m disappointed. I ordered three perfumes and one smelled awful on my skin. I tested it once the day it arrived, since that’s the only real way to know if a scent works.

Customer service refused any flexibility.. no exchange.. no store credit.. nothing. I even offered to pay a restocking fee or upgrade to a pricier fragrance. Their policy gives no practical way to test a scent before being stuck with it.

I’m now left with a full bottle I can’t use. Good selection.. zero accommodation.
